License agreement

       This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DMSoft Technologies for the software product identified above, which includes associated SOFTWARE components and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT also includes any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you by DMSoft Technologies. By installing, copying, downloading or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

1. Copyright

       All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by DMSoft Technologies. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content that may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or redistribute excerpts of Help without obtaining DMSoft Technologies permission.

2. SkinBuilder License

       You may use SkinBuilder program without limitation. You may allow other users to use copies of SkinBuilder. All SkinBuilder users are subject to the terms of this agreement.

3. Distribution of SkinBuilder application

       SkinBuilder may be freely distributed, provided that:
       Such distribution includes only the original setup archive supplied by DMSoft Technologies. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive. No money is charged to the person receiving the software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead. Your distribution of the SOFTWARE will not entitle you to any compensation from DMSoft Technologies. Also you are restricted to disassemble or reverse-engineer SkinBuilder.

4. Support Services

       DMSoft Technologies may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE. Use of Support Services is governed by DMSoft Technologies policies and programs described in the user manual, in online documentation, and/or other materials provided by DMSoft Technologies, as they may be modified from time to time. Any supplemental SOFTWARE code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. With respect to technical information you provide to DMSoft Technologies as part of the Support Services DMSoft Technologies may use such information for its business purposes, including for product support and development. DMSoft Technologies will not utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies you.

5. Termination

       Regardless of other rights, DMSoft Technologies can cancel this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you are committed to remove SkinBuilder from your system completely.

6. Limitation of Liability

       DMSoft Technologies is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including loss of information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage without limitation, incurred before, during or after the use of our products.

7. Using Copyrighted Content

       Using, copying or distributing copyrighted content or documents from the Internet may violate copyright laws. Compliance with the copyright law remains your responsibility. Users who infringe on copyrights may be held liable by the copyright owner.
